This a great place to leave, I don't usually write reviews ,but I can't keep this good news to myself. First of all I will like to mention the manager a wonderful lady China loatman always there for you and also concerned. Always goes out of her way to make sure you issues are resolved quickly and done just the way the tenant wants it. She made our moving in very easy, anytime you complain something is not working they bring you a new one. My fridge was making sound when you closing It i complained they brought a new,all new appliances in my kitchen when I moved in, As I write they changing my dish water cos of I complained about a fault. My experience so far is wonderful I give them 10star if there is anything like 10star. Then the maintenance guy Mr Micheal always have a smile on his face and at your beck and call. Doing his job with all smiles never complaining always on time to address your complain. They all know how to do their job. And the apartment very clean and quiet. Good place to raise kids. I hope they keep up with the good work.

I just recently moved out of the Galleria Townhomes this year. I lived there for 1 year, and in that year I very much enjoyed, and really loved living there. Nieghbors are very friendly,helpful respectful, and watch out for one another. I absolutely loved the manager China who is a wonderful manager; she is good at what she does, and gets the job done. Do not hesitate if you need anything there is no question too big or too small. China is very respectful, reasonable, and fair about everything. The maintenence team is very good at their job as well. The head maintenence, Micheal is also good at his job, he loves to help if you need anything to be fixed he is the guy to talk to. Overall I had a great experience living there and would recommend this place to others.

I lived at Galleria Towhomes for over 2 years and had a great experience. The manager China always looked out for me when I needed anything. If something needed to be fixed or an appliance needed to be replaced they were quick to get it done. Michael the maintenance man is always willing to help and keeps the building clean.

China was very easy to work with. She was extremely professional and very kind. Moving is not something I enjoy, but who does? She made this move-in process extremely easy. Not to mention the amenities that came along with this unit at this price are a major plus, which made it a no-brainer to choose Galleria Townhomes.

We just moved in to the townhouses in lawndale. Anamarie has been unbelievable. She worked with me for months and went above and beyond helping us get a place. We had a really hard year due to an ugly divorce. I am so thankful that I found her no one else came close into helping us like Anamarie did. Micheal helped us get moved in and was so friendly to me and took the time to show me around. We absolutely love our new home. We feel such a good vibe here and are so excited to our new life to South Bay. Thank you so much for everything you’ve done for us we couldn’t be happier.

I have been renting w Galleria Town Homes since 2008 and with maybe 1-2 more tenants are probobly the oldest tenants at Galleria Town Homes. This community have had at least 5-6 community managers on-ste but none as more accomodating than Jessica. She is professional, understanding , ( She Get’s Her Responsibilities Done Well and In A Timely Manner) and i won’t have enough space on this review if i had to add more regarding Jessica’s personal character all i can say AMAZING !!! I hope the next complex that i will be renting from have the same professionalism, understading and loving personality as Jessica...
